Can you still return with sun blight (wrinkles) even if you use sunblock?

I don't want wrinkles but I do want benefits of the sun, if there are any? What do I do?

Is it true that some sun is good for you? Because I try to avoid the sun and other use sunblock, and sunglasses. Is that OK?

Are there benefits to sun light? If so, is it canceled out by sunglasses and sunblock?

Should I find out more and if so how much? What do I do. Thanks!

Answer:    No sunblock is 100%, but some come pretty close, and they are merely as effective as how well you put them on. Some those put on too little sun screen, and then wonder why they get burned.

Your body uses sunlight to make vitamin D, but you don't need enormously much sun to accomplish what your body needs. You could also take a vitimin supplement.

Sunlight also help reduce depression, and generally make everyone feel happier - and that effect won't be reduced by sunblock or sunglasses. There are even more benefits to being outside, mortal active and social, rather than staying inside.

So hold going out, and use sunblock, sunglasses, and hats.

Two advantages: If you are genetically predisposed to SAD, 15 minutes a day of sunlight into the eyes. Daily Vitamin D (the 15 minutes is enough).

Sunblock isn't tricks. It's a generic term - some are more reliable than others, some are more accurate in predicting their plane of protection. You need protection from both UVA and UVB rays.

Put on sunblock in a high-minded amount half an hour before going out, it you want to grasp full protection and a good chance at the advertise spf. Reapply hourly and after being in hose down.

Wear a hat. Wear high spf (tight weave) clothing.
