I be always told to get out of bed if you can't sleep. Go downstairs, read a magazine, turn on a drive, etc. Then, when you get back contained by bed, you'll appreciate it more.Meds never work. Here's one sure way: an hour of walking in the park contained by the morning. Trust me.
