Cant sleep at hours of darkness?

School is coming up & i cant go to sleep at night. I usually spatter asleep till like 2a.m. & i wake up at from 9-11a.m.

Nothing works..i listen to my ipod every darkness & still nothing. i even tried warm milk but still nought. I kinda have fear& think A LOT. I surface like someones(a ghost) touching my leg because ive had that encounter since with my sisters ex when he died. my mom had one and the same thing happen to her too. hmm.. i also get hold of scared of someone is gonna break into my house. =[

I want to get at lowest 9 hours of sleep & wake up at 7.

Can u guys help me?
