Can't Slepp?
I really find it hard o sleep at night. It's be like this since I was young at heart. If I remember it correctly, around 10 years old. Any suggestions on how I could sleep "easily" at night. It's not close to insomia, 'coz I get sleepy during the day, but at darkness I really can't sleep. Sometimes it takes 48 hrs. just for me to sleep. Any backing? Thanks in advance.
Answer: Eating dried cherries (rich within melatonin) an hour before bedtime is supposed to help.
