I already know I have slight carpal tunnel. however on the outside of my wrists I have a bump that hurts to the touch. when I touch it it sends a spasm up through my pinky finger. My whole writsts hurt but my fingers aren't going numb so I don't think it is carpal tunnel. I work within a very stressful job that uses my hand a lot and I am thinking about going to the er but I also don't want to miss any work. Should I simply take some pain meds back work or go to the er
