Change my sleep programme?

My body is used to going to sleep at around 1 a.m. and waking up after 11 a.m., but I'm starting school subsequent week and need to start waking beforehand 7:30, what is the easiest way to start sleeping earlier?

Answer:    The best path to fix your sleeping schedule is to delay sleep until the proper time.
How do I know this? This sound out was on my psychology test and I bombed this sound out because I was too sleepy from unsuccessfully trying to fix my sleeping pattern..
Go to bed 30 minutes closer and wake up 30 minutes earlier, every time. Even if you can't fall asleep, just lay within bed. DON'T get out of bed. And then acquire out of bed right when you're supposed to; don't sleep in. It's not going to be easy or fun but 30 minutes/day is do-able and it seem like you need it to be that much because you wait until the last week. You need to be in motion to bed earlier like 10 p.m. and get up up before 7:30 a.m. as long as you sleep eight hours you'll be fine but try sleeping early
