Hello,

For quite some time now I've have a lump right in the centre of my chest, it's a frozen lump possibly just my bone but it really hurts, when I move it hurts, when I cough it hurts, when I sneeze it hurts really bad, any pressure on it and it hurts, and when I distraught it really hurts, basically it just *** hurts.

Any dieas of what It might be, please don't comment only saying "See your doctor"

Answer:    Hmmm...it could be your sternum, particularly where a rib attaches to it. Have you be working out a lot, or doing anything you're unused to? I would try taking some ibuprofen to see if that helps. Other than that, if there's no TRUE explanation for the pain (like working out or heavy lifting), I would budge to the doctor. .

Is the lump mobile (you can move it, even slightly, next to your fingers)? Or, does it appear to be firmly attached to your sternum? get an xray. and yes, "go see a doctor"
