CMA (Certified Medical Assistant Degree) Is this worth pursuing?
I would like to hear from others that have a CMA degree.
Once certified how be the job search, and was the scope worth it? What are the responsibilities as a CMA? Please I would like to know I am thinking about going into the medical career.
Answers: CMA's arent really worth it anymore. They are becoming more out-of-date. Most CMA's from my experience work in the nursing homes.
If your looking into the medical field. Its a wonderful field to pursue. I would start beside the basic CNA/HHA to see how it is at the bottom of the barrel and work my way up. LPN is a apposite one though. Especially if you want to work in a nursing home.

Depends, if you are doing it for the money then its not worth it... I studied for a year and got my point. I had to get goverment loans to pay for it. When i tried getting a brief I learned that they only paid minimum wage!! those are the places that required to actually hire someone. Most places had MA students working on their intership for free... so why hire anyone if they can get students to do it for free... I like what I learned in school... but as a profession its very hard to get a righteous paying job with my degree.Ladies next to plantar fasciitis headache, where..
My honest inference is Registered Nurse, Ultrasound technologist, or dental hygienist. The job market is wide embark on and will stay so, and the salary is better than 50K a year. Do your research. Source(s): RNWhats wrong near me?? any doctors out..
