Constipation problem? minister to!
ok, this is pretty embarrassing, but I think I hold a problem. When I was little, I got severe constipation and didn't stir to the toilet for about a month. I got a desperate infection and it has left me near scarred kidneys. I was fine for a while after that, but the later few years I have really been struggling beside it again! I normally go to the toilet every three days, and the doc said its fine, but when I receive constapation I dont go for like a week! I read online that its fine, but lately, I have been getting constipated, after a little bit of the other kind of problem [begins next to a d!!] Is there something wrong with me? any proposal on what to do now would help. Buy some apple liquid and drink at least 2 glasses a morning.. That will help you to go to the bedroom. It worked for me and My Grand son. At smallest try it for a week and see My Friend. Also sometimes coffee will help you go too.

Constipation be always a problem for me as well. Three years ago I go to a new doctor who gave me a prescription for "Glycolax". As far as I'm concerned it's a miracle drug. No "runs" no torment, no nothing except you can go to the bathroom on a regular idea. Believe me, it has made a huge difference in my energy. At first you take it once a day and next you learn to make up your own rota as to how often you take it. Try it, you won't feel sorry, you'll be a happy camper just as I am. Good luck! I enjoy a similar problem. My doctor told me to supplement my breakfast time with Colace 100mg tablets, 2 a day. It's be working for me - my stools are less hard and I will enjoy them more frequently (about 1 every day or so).
You can pick it up at your local pharmacy (sold OTC), and try putting some more fiber into your diet as well..

Usually its down to what you eat, try totalling some prunes to your diet or try old fashioned remedys like syrop of figs sounds horrible but should do the trick.
Because you are so bunged up, you should lug something called Colace on a regular basis. It is a stool softener (not a laxative). It will back immensly, but do see your doctor in case in that is another underlying problem like IBS. Good luck! No problem. People who are over worked and stressed get constipation. You could assistance yourself by eating more fibre and fruits and vegetables. I suggest read this article:

when you hold constipation eat:
papaya
figs
prunes
when it goes put away:
wholemeal breads/cereals
bacally lots and lots of fiber.
have about 5 prunes every morning, explicitly what i have to do and it keeps me fine. try them. drink marine
drink smoothies
eat cereals every sunshine and you should not get constipated.
