Could acupuncture comfort relieve the misery of sciatica?
Has anyone any experience of acupuncture and if so would you recommend it?

I had physio for sciatica, and the physio suggested she did acupuncture following one of the sessions. Told her I didn't really have much conviction in it but if she thought there be any chance of it helping then I'd impart it a try.I was amazed that it helped urgently and I continued pain free for about 2 weeks.

This is proof that it has been around for 1000s of years and started contained by the most technologically advanced society in human history! When I can find some one who is a true Pro I plan to try it. for my rear legs and neck.
I personally enjoy not had it done, but I have hear from alot of people that it is amazing. I don't see what harm it could do.
I own a damaged sciatic nerve due to a herniated disc compressing it. I will not walk anywhere near a chiropractor, but i would absolutely be comfortable seeing an accupuncturist.
