Today hit my head on those hand dryers in bathrooms and it made a really big resonance and hurt really, really, bad and now Im kind of dizzy and I hold on to losing my train of thought and I just want to take precautions should I go to a doctor?

Can i find cause for severe body..

Though it is possible, I doubt it. The dizziness is probably just being caused by the certainty that you have a headache.

A few years back I fell off of a moving coup¨¦ and banged my head on the concrete and the doctor just asked me if I blacked out at adjectives when it happened, and since I didn't they said I didn't have a concussion. You should be fine!
