Could each day exercise facilitate prevent migraines?
I have been suffering for migraines since I be 14. Nothing helps, I've tried everything. I really would love my life hindmost, and I was wondering if daily exercise and keeping my body hydrated could give support to.. any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.. thanks!

Some Strong cups of coffee works for me. And, then move about lay down in a VERY dark and peaceable room.Caffeine restricts the blood vessels in your brain, thus the migraine go away.
