I had never taken TUMS before, but I had heartburn 2 days ago and I took 3 of them. Then that darkness, I started having painful feelings within my legs like I had to move them really badly.

I know it may nouns far-fetched, but taking TUMS is the only thing I did differently in my routine that could enjoy given me side effects.

Hard Stomach after time of year? Punched..

Hmm, I know that taking meds like Tylenol pm or benadryl can cause this but I am not sure almost tums. I wouldn't think so but anything is possible. I am a sufferer of a Neurological condition that causes me to have bleeding RLS from my chin to my toes and in my arms 24/7. I take medication now to hold on to it under control but when it was at it's worse, hot baths really helped me. Some night it still happens even with the medicine so I a short time ago hop in the tub and it still works for me. I will get the water as hot as I can stand it and sit next to my feet flat against the front of the tub. Then I push with my feet and do toe touches to minister to stretch and wear out the muscles. If you are having this right now, go try the hip bath. If this continues or gets worse, you should see your doctor as there are some great medicines to comfort relieve this problem.Hope you are feeling better soon :)

There's no answer to "restless leg syndrome" it could be anything and to mark them aoll down would be a watse of time. I take Equip 1.5 mg. for it and it works almost instantly.
