Okay long story short, I went on a water ride and hit my team leader. went on with duration as usual only with a lump on my team leader and a sore neck. Then the pain moved to my forehead and today I go home from work and went to the doctor who diagnosed me with whiplash and a totally very mild concussion.

Should I take tomorrow bad of work as the pain has gotten worse, or should I run to work? I work in a callcentre you see so the constant people communicate makes it a bit worse.Do you think my employer will follow?
