Stress and posterior pain/knots?
not today but yesterday be a real doozy. My son fell out of his bed(top bunk)at 2 am and gave himself a concussion and lash lash from the way he landed . Went to the ER because he have nausea and could not move his head. Got home at 4 am to find my husband is up with our younger son who appears to enjoy a stomach virus and has covered his bed and self in puke. I pocket over so husband can get ready for work. Finally at 6 am I go and get the kids settled down and back to sleep in my bed,and I lay down on the couch but no sooner do I carry to sleep the dogs begin to bark because the meter reader is within a tree in the backyard and my rocweiler has jump the fence and treed him. Got that all done and I see that it is in a minute 9 am and it is time for me to begin working on the bids I need to type up for work along beside the emails to customers I need to respond to. Computer crashes and I have to type the bids on an weak typewriter . Lunch comes and every one wants something different so I fix 3 different meals to apease them adjectives. I then pull meat out of the freezer to fix for dinner I finally find a little nap around 3:30. I got got up an hour after that and cleaned the house a bit and wash clothes and put dinner on . The washer overflowed and flooded the kitchen and I burnt dinner while I be trying to clean up the water. At 8 pm I said to "Heil beside it all "and took a bath and a valium and go to bed. One of the worst days ever. My grandmother who was my heart passed away Monday and have burial yesterday. I have cried so much my head is pounding. I own migraines really bad and needed a few days off but have to go in the organization anyway (my coworker could not come in) and fix so many things she had messed up.How come when you are fully asleep you are not contained by affliction?

detoxing at home, alone, loosing a bet, and going through withdrawl form pain meds.. oh i have an infarction and lost half my leg muscle... that huts alot!really bad time!! really bad year!
