Well i'm not really sure if it is a bug bite but here goes.

See, on my right arm theres well, zilch. No bump or color or anything, but when I move a finger around a certain area, theres a sharp, PRECISE dot of stingy (as within bee-sting ish) pain. But thats it.

It has be 24 hours as im typing this, and it seems to have become bruised-colored, but beside more pink. It doesnt hurt as much but the stingy feeling is still there.

There is no bulls-eye cut-out, holes, or bumps. What is this?

Yes Im agree maybe you got arthropod bites(bugs,etc).
Minor animal bites can be treated at home. The wound should be wash with soap and water. Applying pressure to the injured nouns with a clean towel or sterile cold compress can stop bleeding. Antibiotic ointment and a sterile dressing can be applied to the wound if necessary. Alternately, to minimize swelling and infection, rime can be applied to the wound. Medical attention may also be required if there are signs of infection.
