Answers:    Sounds similar to panic attack. The best thing to do is carry a cold washcloth & put it on your neck, put your head between your knees, and breathe deeply.

Broken arm and n aching?

Don't seize anxiety and panic attacks mixed up as it can also be a sign of a stroke. If the arm went numb on the left side its a possible mild stroke. You should google adjectives 3 of these medical terms. This way you will get a better penetration about it. I am a chronic panic individual. I have gotten use to them that I know when its going to come to pass. The more attacks the more you will begin to feel paranoid and stress more about it. Also, mortal too stressed can cause the brain to go into a frenzy. Just be careful and avoid the stressors.

What could be the foundation my husband..

first dont walk running to the er what it sounds like is hyperventilation which can cause your muscles and arm face etc bring back numb because you have to much oxygen Igo to your dr tommorrow. and tell him that you r under alot of stress and consistency like you may have panic attacks. he should furnish you something to help. ifd you feel like its going to develop again take slow breathes normally not so deep and definiatle not thoughtful and fast. I know that you are probably scared and are thinking of all the things that it could be. I hold both panic attacks and anxiety attacks. My shrink says that they are the same but they are not for me. Anxiety attacks are more physical--diarrhea, nausea, hot flashes, cold sweats and this cycle repeats itself over and over until it decide to stop. Panic attacks are more mental. I have chest pain and because of that I have misery down my left arm. I also hyperventilate, have the fight or flight response and hold to continually pace around and around. I always feel approaching I am going to die and since my chest it hurting I usually go to the emergency room. While I am there they do an EKG to make sure that I am not have a heart attack. They make me lay there for a long time, sometimes giving me nitroglycerin, or some other emergency med for heart attacks. If I am pacing they usually don't do the EKG, They know I am have a panic attack and they give me a shot of Ativan or maybe two, according to my agitation. Then they may consent to me go and then they may make me hang about for awhile to see if the Ativan does help. If it is a panic attack it will go to work against the clock and your panic will almost immediately lessen. Always take someone beside you because if it is panic and they give you a shot(s), they will not let you drive because the shots accomplishment so quickly. It is very scary because you don't know what your body is doing because nearby are symptoms for different things all going on at the same time. My adivce is to go to the emergency room tonight if it continues or get worse, and then tomorrow go to your doctor, tell him what happen and ask if he can give you medication to take when the feelings first start. He may cause you go through it a few times to make sure that is what it is. But if you are that scared--don't wait--GO!!

Why does my eye keep hold of..
