Sorry about the subject but, I'm slightly worried!
When I urinate...I've noticed that it's rather a dark colour.and is also rather cloudy. It doesn't sting though...but I've be having a lot of pains round my vertebrae and sides. Could it be just an infection or something more serious? I have a doctors appointment made but I be just trying to find somethings out before I dance.

look jani dark urine alone have several indication may be for example xxs bilirubin from liver due to cholic stone or any thing wrong in liver or biliary duct also it may be xs brackish in urine so any way the doc will determine what is wrong but u should know it is usually not serious point

The dark color might indicate you are not drinking enough marine. The cloudiness though says an infection and given where the cramp is, I am guessing a kidney infection and possibly a UTI as well. The appointment needs to be ASAP so if it isn't today, to dance urgent care. Left untreated, an infection of any kind can enter the blood system and that isn't flawless.

Sounds like a kidney infection--the pain at your final and sides is right about where your kidneys are located, and if you own pain there, I'd suspect an infection. Drink more sea, and skip the caffeine for awhile. You are going to need to get to a Dr. so you can bring back an antibiotic. I've heard that it helps to drink cranberry liquid ( not the cocktail, but the juice). Some Motrin can help the pain subside for a bit too, but please move about see a doctor.

drink more water,drink cranberry liquid also.Try a mixture of 2 tablespoons baking soda in 8 oz glass sea,drink (will be nasty but will clear up infection).Follow with plain dampen all day long.Hope this help.
