I would get it checked over again if I were you. The foot and ankle are constructed next to so many tiny bones, and neglect could front to other problems and leave a weakness for arthritis. Hope adjectives goes well for you. God Bless.Don't continue for any general suggestion, and don't compromise with ur condition. If we are not sure that what exact is the problem, without fail as impulsive as possible one must go to the specialist before it make the big trouble and find the solution.

It sounds like you may have some ligament snapping going on which is nothing more than the tendon making a "snapping" rumbling as it passes over the joint. It is usually not bumpy but more annoying than anything else. If you are having pain still later see your physician, and make sure you do the proper rehab, even if on your own to restrengthen that ankle and to prevent future injury.I own lower final twinge how do i capture rid of it?
You should enjoy been seeing a doctor all through the time of your rescue. It's possible that you need phyical therapy if you're not already going. Noises are sometimes a bit of life after injury but I'd suggest that you visit the doctor to clear sure that you're not injuring yourself unknowingly.Lindsay
