Do inversion table relieve near vertebrae niggle?
I have severe upper and lower back dull pain almost every night after work and wondered if an inversion table might help? Would appreciate answers from populace that use them.
Answer: Without knowing the cause of the problem it is going to be difficult to say specifically. The inversion table are good for most problems. The purpose of these tables are to create a traction on the wager on. The reverse posture unloads the spine allowing the muscles to relax. It also creates a slight vacuum at the disc level thereby drawling any bulging of a disc. If it is used as designed there should be an recovery in how the back feel. One should be using the table two to three times a day. Start out by getting into the inversion position gradually. I would strongly suggest that you have a word to your doctor and have him check your blood pressure and see if being within the inverted position would be okay for you. Once you are used to being fully inverted it is a very relaxing position. Also depending on the model that you enjoy make sure that the ankles are well pad as they are the area that takes adjectives of the pressure in the inverted posture. Also when you are first starting out have someone contained by the room with you in armour there is any problem. It would also help if you be on a regular stretching and exercise program.
