Do the symptoms of whiplash ever shift away?

I got whiplash while knee boarding in the region of 2 years ago. A couple months later I started having headache, a lot of anxiety, memory loss, loss of concentration and vision problems. I figure all my problems were cause by past drug use. I quit using drugs and still my problems persisted. I didn't realize that I have whiplash until about a year later when my problems get worse and my doctor referred me to a specialist. I went through physical therapy for a couple months and everything seem to be getting better. I stopped therapy but as soon as I did, my symptoms come back. I am currently going through massage psychiatric therapy once a week but it seems that my neck hurts more after the sessions. I still am experiencing trance problems and anxiety today. I am probably going back to physical therapy surrounded by the fall.
Does anyone know if I'm going to have to verbs with therapy the rest of my existence or will my neck ever go final to normal?

Answer:    Since the therapy will not fix the defile, yes. Your neck will not spontaneously return to normal.
