I am 15yrs old and a girl. And well, it seem like my hands ALWAYS enjoy to be busy doing something, or I'll get stressed and have to find something to do near them. I have always picked at my nail, and now I'm starting to pick at the top of my head and brand parts scab and bleed!. In school, I'm always scribble everywhere on my papers. I am always messing with my phone, first night and closing it, clicking the keys. It just get really annoying. Is there anyway to control it in a positive path?

I have be dealing with o.c.d. for 10 years now (sine I be 12) and I have been on adjectives kinds of medication for it. In the end I only just decided to say to heck next to it. I was going to resist the urges no matter what "doomed to failure things" might happen to me. It took me about 2 years and greatly of stress but today I am almost (80%) free from the condition. Just stay strong and remember that it is a normal condition and a large % of the population is suffering from indistinguishable thing.Omg i have somehting similar.
