Do you ruminate I should see a doctor roughly speaking this?

this is my 6th year of football and this has only only just started.every time i take a hit with my moved out shoulder there is a sharp pain surrounded by the joint and it hurts to lift my arm.it usually with the sole purpose last for a couple minutes and i don't really think anything is wrong but i required some advice to know if i should just not verbs about it, which I'm already doing, or go see a doctor/athletic trainer.

How does the shoulder work, and what does the rotator cuff do?

The shoulder is a unified with three main bones: the upper arm bone (humerus), the collarbone (clavicle), and the shoulder blade (scapula). The bones are held together by muscles, tendons, and ligaments. The rotator cuff keep the upper arm bone in the shoulder socket and lets you bring to the fore and twist your arm.

The shoulder is a ball-and-socket joint. The orb at the top the upper arm bone fits into the socket of the shoulder blade. This socket is shallow, which lets you move your arm in a wide open range of motion. But it also means that the muscles and tendons of the rotator cuff own to work hard to hold the bones in place. yes! if this have been lasting next you need 2 c a docter it could be somthing a asimple as a torn muscle to a hyper exted ligement hell to a chip in you shoulder muscle but if you dont want 2 c 1 afterwards rest a couple days and ice it. See a doc now, up to that time it becomes really serious.
You might have to lay out a season, but to be exact better than not playing ball ever again.
