Do you ever wake up with a bad headache? And you can't get rid of it? ?

Answer:    Yes. It can be from either high or low blood pressure. My nurse after surgeries told me that low blood pressure is common in the morning and to drink a glass of water, and it helps. Also, regular low impact exercise on a daily basis gets the blood flowing good, like walking a normal pace for about a couple of miles a day, it has helped my headaches to be not as strong..
Where is the pain? Is it on the left or right side of your head? Does it feel like pressure or someone stabbing you? Could be migraines. My husband does. I believe it's from his high bloodpressure and he does have a hard time getting rid of it.
