Do you guys know any honest knees exercises ?
I'm only 13 years old and I own very bad knees. My line doesn't believe me, but they don't know what pain I go through. I can't sit near my knees bent, It hurts to play any sports. I am a huge sports fanatic, I play every sport that I can, and it hurts to play them, but I don't want to stop playing sports. Does anyone know what's wrong with my knees, or any exercises I can do to relieve them ?
Answer: use a thick short blue band and wrap it around your knees while in sitting position.
Then pull it towards u but still verbs ur knee back
this will trademark it stronger.
You really can not strengthen a joint like the knees. The best thing that you can do is maintain hydration (drink adequate fluids) and maintain proper height/weight ratio. Eat healthy and perchance try vitamins that have msm or alpha lipoic acid. stronger quadriceps head to stronger knee's.
