Answer:

Can anyone rec'md a throbbing guidance doctor within the Birmingham, AL nouns?

Ok, I'm a guy, but this is an interesting question.

I researched it, and there be a study done in the US a while back that related tight bra-wearing and long-term bra wearing with breast cancer.

A book was written roughly speaking it:
http://www.all-natural.com/dressed.html

Here is their theory behind it:
Bras apply pressure to the breasts, especially to the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system consists of tiny, thin-walled vessel that drain from the breast tissue, removing toxins, cell debris, cancer cells, virus, bacteria, and other products from the breasts. All of our tissues drain through the lymphatics, which is essentially the circulatory pathway of the immune system. However, unlike arteries and veins, these vessel have no internal pressure. As a result, they are easily compressed by external pressure (a bra, for instance) central to the congestion of the tissues that would otherwise have been drained. When a woman wear a tight bra, she subjects her breasts to pressure, closing off the lymphatic pathway from the breast to the nodes. This causes fluid build-up, swelling, discomfort and cyst formation. Toxins must be flushed out via the lymphatics. However, a bra-constricted breast cannot adequately perform this cleansing process, resulting contained by toxin accumulation in the breast.

And here's some information on the study, it's pretty frightening:

Perhaps the most convincing article I enjoy ever read With regards to this matter is one which links breast cancer to the wearing of bras. In the " Bra and Breast Cancer Study " contained by the United States, it was discovered that women with breast cancer have a history of sporting tighter and longer bra-wearing than did the women who had not (yet) developed the disease. In fact, virtually adjectives of the cancer group wore bras over 12 hours daily with 18% even sleeping next to their bras which means they wore hours daily. In contrast, the comparison groups have 25% of the women either bra-free or wearing bras less than 12 hours day by day. Only 3% of this group slept with their bras on.

This study revealed a significant link between bras and breast cancer specifically three times greater than the link between cigarette smoking and lung cancer! There was a 125 fold increase contained by breast cancer incidence between women who were bra-free and those who wore bras 24 hours daily. Wearing a bra over 12 hours each day conferred a 113 fold increase in breast cancer incidence!

I hope this helps!

-edit-
To the below post, I haven't be able to find (on cnn or elsewhere) where it's be scientifically proven that wearing a tight/long term bra doesn't cause cancer, do you hold the link?

Ear backache after loud noise?

Of course not - a bra provides support. If anything, NOT wearing a bra is bad because they are in recent times hanging then lacking any support. GThink about those African tribal ladies with the saggy breasts. That is from not wearing a bra. The more you stay within a bra, the better shape your boobs will be in when you get elder. Tell your mom, if NOT wearing a bra is so good, is she willing to show her perky breasts to you to prove it! Probably not...

OUCH!i!?

It's not unpromising healthwise - it's been scientifically proven that wearing a bra to sleep does NOT leave you at a difficult risk for breast cancer, or any of that nonsense. It's personal preference, really. But wearing an underwire to sleep would probably be fairly uncomfortable.

Are in attendance any ways to keep hold of a straight hindmost?

It really depends on your bra. Bras that are tight fitting can cause problems and bras that are too loose can impose problems. It is also a personal preference. Sport bras don't have clasps that can explanation pain if you sleep on your back. I recommend going to a motherliness store (even if you aren't pregnant or have large boobs). I find their bras are designed to fit comfortable for nighttime sleep (no plastic on the strap, no metal claps). Even Babies-R-Us have some really nice bras for nursing that work for overnight bras because they don't have things that would dig into your skin and volunteer support!

Weird...?

Ive also heard that it was discouraging to sleep with your bra on... something about making your boobs sagg.

however i did read somewhere that bras ( beside the under wire) in common are bad for you... apparently the under cable part can cause cancer or something similar to that .. i would look more into it.

It's best not too, because sleep is the time to let your body "breathe". But there aren't any proven risks (or benefits) to wearing a bra to bed; my OB-GYN said that while it's not the best point to do, it's not an issue if you do, either.

Give your body and clothing a rest and take off the bra. It's for hours of daylight wear under clothing. It is unnecessary to wear it to bed besides being somewhat unhealthy.

Injured toe? comfort entail with alacrity?

I think it's fine as long as it isn't an underwire bra. I used to wear a sports crop bra to bed because I read somewhere it keeps your breasts perky. Not sure if it in reality made a difference though. Good luck!
