I've got two GEMS here for you.

1) Sit on your knees a few feet within front of a chair.

Now lift your fanny and move forward to rest your elbows and your forhead on the bench seat.

The further you can hang your body over while keeping your knees bent, the better for the shoulders and upper backbone and neck. The hanging take the pressure off the joints. Before to appropriate deep breaths and remember to always save your weight in the legs on the opening up and on the way down.
