Does anyone know what big-hearted of exercise is best do do when you enjoy a broken toe? ?

broke my middle toe last night and don't want it to dramatically affect my exercising. it hurts a bit to step on so i know running is probably out of the question for now. what else could i do?

Answer:    Normally a broken toe is any taped or made immobile so you don't move it until it heals.

Suggest you dance to your physician as you do not want a "crooked toe" just because you did not have the bone set.
