Answer: It's not bad at all but don't survey the people in front of you find theirs done, don't look at the needle beforehand and don't watch it self done. Just turn your head away before they even capture the needle out of the wrapper. Really, like everyone is axiom, the worst part is worrying about it. Try to put it out of your mind.
