Does my boyfriend own cystitis(a bladder infection)?
Yesterday, he told me that he pee'd and blood came out.
We're worried and scared to travel to the doctor because we're sexually active and don't want our parents to know.
Also, a lot of times when he ejaculate, its reeeally painful.
In his lower stomach and back and genitals.
We know he have to go to the doctor, but the main article we're wondering is if they said he had a bladder infection or something wrong with his prostate, would his parents know that he's sexually busy?
Or can bladder infections in a male be cause by other things that have nothing to do next to sex?
Answer: Non-sexually transmitted bladder infections in men are extremely rare, so it is probable sexual activity has introduced a bacterial infection.
Unless you are contained by exceptional circumstances (extreme young age, or he is much older than you) the doctor will most possible keep the consultation completely confidential and you shouldnt have too much trouble keeping your sexual leisure secret from your parents. It generally isnt adjectives knowledge so unless they are medical professionals saying he have a bladder infection is a genuine explanation to them if they suspect something. .
His symptoms do match up near a bladder infection or urinary tract infection, or possibly even a kidney infection.
He needs to get on antibiotics at once. Male UTIs/bladder infections can be very serious.
His doctor cannot tell his parents that he's sexually busy. That's legally prohibited. Bladder infections and UTIs can happen to men who aren't sexually stirring, so his parents won't immediately suspect that he's having sex next to you just because he has an infection. (Even if the sex did exact the infection, that's not always the case.) Just describe him to go now.
