Does the ambulance clutch twinge into the Hospital?

yes or no?

Answer:    YES.
If it's extreme pain they will take you. If it isn't, you should find your own passageway because those things are really expensive. Here it is nearly $900 to just come to the house and take you to the hospital which is around 20 miles away. That is if they don't use any of their supplies. You may want to find some other way if it isn't an extreme emergency. if you are in stomach-ache yes. They don't know what is going on and they are not going to risk a lawsuit.
what the heck? Do you mean transport someone in anguish to the hospital?

.
yes, if it is extreme pain that could be a symptom of something worse
