Dry socket interrogate?

Okay, yesterday I asked a question about dry socket. I have a tooth pulled (my third molar on the top) at about 11 am and then at resembling 8 pm i noticed that the site looked as though it didnt have a blood clot surrounded by it. It just looked very cavernous. Well I checked it this morning- looked the same so i went put money on to the dentist. She asked if i was in agony and I told her no and then she checked it and said that the roots were vast and thats why I cannot see it but that the blood clot IS in there and that tissue have actually already started growing. The site still looks the same and still no stomach-ache, except where i got the shots. Also, I placed a gauze wipe on it while i ate to prevent food from getting into the site and when i took it out it had a little brownish yellowish color to it. Is that typical? And is there a chance that i still could own dry socket or am i just being paranoid? It have been almost 2 days since the extraction and still no pain. How long until the site should start closing up?
Answer:

What personal hygiene product do you own, but once in a blue moon use?

You would know if you have a dry socket. You wouldn't be able to open your mouth terrifically wide and you would also have headache. If you have went posterior to your oral surgeon/ dentist and she said that you were fine and you were already starting to treat then that is great. You are only just being paranoid. Don't worry going on for putting gauze up there when you eat you will gain food in there, purely use the syringe that they gave you on your extraction date. The brownish yellow is drying blood. Yes explicitly normal. To avoid a dry socket then I wouldn't drink from a straw or own any kind of sucking motion to pull out that blood clot. You should already be closing up, it lately takes time.

You do not have dry socket. That 'yellow brown' you saw was from the blood clot. You are doing everything right, so don't verbs. It could take two weeks or more to heal up completely, but you should perceive it closing slowly by Thursday of next week.

Dry Socket: A postoperative complication of tooth extraction in which the blood clot contained by the socket disintegrates, resulting in focal osteomyelitis and severe pain , Most times when a tooth is pulled the with the sole purpose thing that can cause dry socket is smoking or food getting lodged into the site, If you're Dentist said you couldn't see the clotting because the site it low than I don't think you have anythign to verbs about, I have certain several people that have have dry socket and trust me if yo uhad it you would know because it is very very sore, I'll post the link below where I get the definition maybe you could research and find more info that might help.
