I am a High School baseball pitcher and I recently got tendonitis. Well, I give attention to I have tendonitis in my elbow. When I put my arm out straight I touch pain in my elbow, especially when I do it speedily. I also feel pain when I pitch or throw a globe in general. The throbbing is only in my elbow.

I hold been icing it and I have not really be throwing much. I also take IB Profen at least once a time.

Are there any other things I should be doing?
Should I be doing any stretches? If so, what stretches?

I enjoy had that mine was so doomed to failure i used to shake with it so i had a operation to fix it, its far better immediately but on odd moments it locks but i rub it to free it.
