Practically every muscle from my waste up is aching. It feel like I pulled muscles all over my body. I didn't. My nouns & sholders are the worst. My face is very sore too. My nouns has been hurting lately, I didn't sleep wrong or anything close to that... I am very sensitive to touch, i'm usually not though? Please help!! Could I be getting sick? What could it be?

Has this be going on very long? If it has afterwards it sounds like it could be fibromyalgia. I would recommend you see a doctor in your nouns who has experience treating fibromyalgia and other pain related illnesses.
