For the last month or so I have have this really anoying eye twitch (the bottom eye lid of my right eye) and I am not sure why. About the same time it started I also started working a night shift which have led to me drinking more energy drinks (only ever one a dark and max 4 a week).

Can anyone help with a motivation or a way to get rid of it?

I was having this also, at matching time I hadnt been getting enough sleep and working a billion and partially hours a week. I went to the Eye Dr. and the first question he asked me be how much sleep are you getting. He said it was cause by not getting ample sleep. Ive noticed now that if I havnt gotten much sleep my eye twitches greatly. Hope that helps. But yeah I would the enegy drinks arent helping too much.

i used to have eye twitches when i be working two jobs i think its from want of sleep and maybe a lil stress ... its kinda wierd but i dont know any ways to get rid of it try sleeping more ... if you are really concerned see a doctor [[ i know its annoying ]] hope i could abet

You need to drink more water next to energy drinks. You may be stressed or over-stimulated, tired from working, etc. Try exercising and hydrating, maybe switch punch drinks. Try working for a week without the drinks and see what happens.

It's probably those energy drinks if anything, Conversely being too tired also cause eye twitches. I get them If I play games too much! :)

Unfortunately, I don't know any cures, sorry! - They usually go overnight for me.
