Fastest route to relieve muscle sores?
All of my muscles are aching right now...everywhere meaning my thighs, calves, abs, arms, my sides ..so practically my together leg and body..
I have gym everyday in highschool and today i just have a fitness test. I have rugby and ultimate frisbee also every other morning. Tomorrow i have a 12min run for the fitness test again and i have rugby too.. But im sore everywhere!
what's the fastest road of relieving these aches and sores?!?
and dont tell me im over working it or something like i dont stretch plenty because i always stretch for 10 min before and after i start doing gym or rugby..
Answers: I had muscles sores due to basketball and i thought it be the whole "not stretching enough" thing. but i guess it was something else that get my muscles sore. and what helps is to buy EPSOM SALT. it's a type of thicker salt that relieves muscles, limbs, and wager on pain. It also exfoliates you skin and helps it become healthy. i don't know how it works, but i even fractured my ankle and i soaked it contained by epsom salt water and it actually help with the swelling! So buy some, mix it in with river and soak it, or put some in your bath water and lay contained by it for about 5-10 minutes. Hope it works for you!

if you have a hot tub, it is still good, even within the winter, just get in after arts school for about 20-30 minutes, or, if u don't have one, get a long, relaxing hot shower. if that doesnt work, ask someone (parents, friend) to contribute you a massage. these all always work for me.
