Feces is soft, but won't come out?
I have had no genuine urge for the 7 days or so to go to the bathroom, its all be forced. I've felt the same road the past few weeks but this time its been worse (the days own been longer). I was "constipated" concluding December/November, and felt diarrhea/constipated again in March (it made my interval come late too). Now it's back but it's soft and it adjectives won't come out. I don't know what to do and why this is. I feel bloated (because of this I'm sure), and I should be starting my period soon. I other had an irregular cycle. Any ideas on what I can do?

Answer: this is a sign of menace plz see a doctor to exclude bad thing as cancer the bloating is due to food fermentation which will be relived by have regular habit till that keep hydrated chomp through food scontaining fiber as veg and fruits use medical laxative dps when needed
