I fell on my butt about 3 years ago. And ever since then right above my but nearby is a little ball that really hurts from time to time and feel like i can move it around. Not to far or anything but it doesnt just sit contained by place. I hope i make sence hehe. But yea. any help on what it could be would be great.

You might hold done something to either a disk in your spine or I don`t know something to your tail bone. I would go to a chiropractor and see what they have to articulate.
