i was on the fentanyl patch 25 mcg and it helped me alot. I be about 15 ( i am 20 now) at the time but it worked for the first day the best afterwards wore off and the doctors accused me of absing it come ot find out they have a recall on the patch the meds were leak out too fast. My advise put cartridge on over top of the patch so that they dont fall off as you sweat I have problems with them falling off when ever i moved around alot and follow the directions to the T. I am on Duragesic brand-fentanyl, I cant pedal the generic -due to being allergic to the fillers in the patch.Keep within mind that these are definitely are not all alike.

Here is a method I use to make sure that I dont forget to revise the patch.
Use a date book and put date and time, and mark it off every 48 or 72 hrs and try and transfer in the evening, (if you can) or according to your schedule when you are going to be relaxing.
I provoke you to read the package inserts and pay attn to the road you feel. Write down anything you didnt like and what you did approaching and rate your pain daily. CHANGE PATCH EXACTLY

I am not sure of others, but this is my experience.
I am on 150mcg q48 hrs. My body absorbs it faster- and instead of going complex amts, we changed frequency and seems to be fine. So keep surrounded by mind
When you start, it is best to be close to home, you may feel really drowsy ... and do probaby be best that you dont go anywhere.
In regard to other meds until you get acclimated I wouldn't take "adjectives meds" at the same time, this will help you know if you are react.
I think you will be quite festive with this medication, I like it alot better consequently taking pills.
