Finding it tough to quit smoking?

i really want to quit smoking so i don't age before my time, and i don't want cancer. got any suggestions?

Answer:    Smoking is more of a psychological addiction than a physical one. If you really want to quit you must discover the reason why you smoke and then eliminate or revise these thought processes. Quitting smoking does not require any patches, gums, herb or anything like that. These methods are expensive, time consuming and simply do not work. All that is required is a bit of motivation, self belief and determination.

You own two very good reason for wanting to quit, aging and cancer. Use these as your motivation to quit. Every time you feel like lighting up deduce about these motivators. Think about how respectively puff is doing some damage and you are now a step closer to looking elder and getting cancer.

By constantly thinking about the negatives of smoking the so call positives quickly lose their appeal.
