Gastric.!?
Since last week , I had anguish in my lower back(right side) then after few year left side,after that my stomach hurts so much, I think its gastric..I can't wear tight jeans do it will hurt more,I dont feel like intake at all ( I skipped meals alot of times) I can't sleep...in a minute th pain is kindda near my chest..Could it be in recent times gastric? I always have gastric(Ignored it alot of tims) but this time it hurt alot.. any advocate?
Answer: It could be gastric, but you'll need some tests to determine what. Another item to consider is a urinary tract infection, which can cause extreme pain surrounded by the lower back. Go to your doc for a urine analysis and/or referral to a gastroenterologist.
