Get rid of swelling after injury?
Well to put it crudely, i got kicked in the nuts pretty desperate at one of my kung fu practices. After 2 trips to the hospital and a couple of morphine shots i was informed that the injury is painful but not serious: its lately heavy bruising. Well i got some pills to keeep torment under control and well it seem to be subsiding rapidly and in broad is healing rather hasty. I am going to wait with warring arts for at least 2-3 weeks, but my football (european football) team is not doing too very well in my absence and self like to make it to the subsequent weeks game (its in exactly 7 days). immediately im sure the pain will be gone by then, but i will not know how to play if my nuts are the size of a small orange as they are now. does anyone know how to dwindle the swelling dramatically over the course of the following week?
Answer: I'm surprised the doc's didn't tell you what to do. Any type of injury and a trip to the hospital they (the doc) will send you home near a note telling you to keep watch on out for >>>>> swelling that won't go down.
I would definitely phone your physician contained by the Am... but I would put a cool compress on it this evening.
