my mother might need to take me to the ER to catch my ears flushed out, and i was wondering if anyone knew what features of price they charge for that kind of procedure?

im asking because im currently in the process of have dental work and we have no insurance for health so she is paying a small fortune for the dental fixing already.

I would think that going to an ear, eye’s and throat specialist would be allot cheaper than getting it done at the hospital!! That's where I go to have mine flushed out at!! It hurt like hell to, I'm not going to slouch, so good luck hon!!

Why do you need to acquire your ears flushed? Usually the reason is to get rid of excess ear wax not allowing you to hear through one or both ears. I have this problem once after diving into a pool and tried every home remedy imaginable until I finally went to the pharmacist and get a medicine for swimmer's ear. A few drops for ten minutes in the ear softened the wax. A rubberized bulb be included which I filled with melt water and squirted into the ear. The wax flowed out into the sink and I was competent to hear again. Ask your pharmacist for a recommendation. However, stay away from the ones with alcohol as the crucial ingredient. These just dry the excess fluid in your ear minus removing anything.

You can also try warming some mineral oil, babe oil, or olive oil and use that to verbs the wax. Afterwards, flush out the ear with warm marine.

I wouldn't choose to go to the ER -- it is going to be a couple hundred dollars at least - plus, to be precise not what the ER is for.

I would go either to your doctor or to a urgent protection clinic.

It is an easy procedure- basically, fluid flushed within -- it can't go anywhere so it comes back out. It doesn't hurt.

it's not going to be cheap that's for sure! i wouldn't jump to an ER, they're way expensive. i would go to a drug store to see if there's any over the counter products or move about to a doctor's office. they're usually more affordable then ER's. best wishes

I've had mine done within the doctor's office, then, after I well-read what they did, I've done it myself a few times. Of course, your problem and circumstances may be different from mine.
