Good night sleep?

I tend to have been wake up after almost all of my dreams I have at hours of darkness. plus, I cant actaully fall asleep until 10:30 or 11. then i hold to get up at 5:30 in the morning. so, Im unconscious. any advice for a better nights sleep?
