Your GP's organization usually has sample bottles for these purposes.Since you do not own a bottle available:
Put it in a plain bottle, but, first make sure you disinfect it and rinse it out properly back putting pee sample in it.
Make sure container is imperfect with your name for uncomplicated identification.

Any jar or bottle with a tight screw lid would be ok as long as you dust it out thoroughly and rinse it first. You dont need a lot for a indication, so dont be filling a 2litre coke bottle.
