really drunk and was throwing up now my chest hurts and lost my voice, is thier something seriously wrong next to me?

drink some water and dont drink alcohol until you be aware of better.you just drank too much.. almost everyone pukes at least once when they are drunk. if you dont quality better soon, you may need to go to the hospital bc you could own alcohol poisening
You might be dehydrated and should start drinking some fluids,or you could have caught the flue around like time. You should also get some rest to help next to these symptoms,make sure to get plenty of fluids
