It would have help if you had mentioned your age as well.
However, thats not historic, but what IS important is, as has be mentioned by another answerer, is to go and see your doctor at the first possible instance.
To be honest, it would be extremely difficult to precisely point to the reason for have had the experience you mention, but we must consider the worst case scenario and perform accordingly.
We may be looking at something that has resulted contained by either a reduced blood flow, or an increased pressure to a specific area of the of the brain that would be controlling the artificial aspects that you mention.
Simply put, do not dwell on this long, but go ahead and see your physician at the earliest and let him assess and settle on.

I second what the above poster said. There is no way for anyone on the internet to diagnose you. My erudite guess (and that's all this is) is that you either experienced a severe drop contained by your blood pressure or that you may have migraines (but there are lots of other things that these symptoms can be indicators of). The best individual to tell you what is going on is your doctor who will run blood works and possibly send you for an MRI. Please don't bottleneck seeing the doctor. Good luck!
