ight.i got punched really hard and get in to a fight (i won =) ) but the first punch he threw be at my shoulder on the side and now it kills... it hurts really fruitless... any thing i can do to heal it faster. im a involved weight lifter and i involve it to heal so i can work my shoulders agin

if i were u ego put it in an arm splint [[thing that goes around ur nouns and helps imobilize the shoulder]]
also, take niggle killers
and put ice on it
