Growing lump contained by front of not here ear and on down slightly departed jawbone
I have a lump on my face that starts within front of my left ear and goes on down bygone the lobe and under my ear and a little astern my jaw bone, it's pretty tender and slightly hard. It started hurting subsequent to my ear on Sunday and I thought it might have just be a bruise but every day this week when I've woken up it's gotten bigger and bigger and hurts when I put pressure on it.
I have no model what it could be, I thought it might be swollen lymph nodes but I looked online and it says that the lymph nodes in those places be really small, about the size of a pea, but this thing is unequivocally bigger than a pea. I would have gone to the doctor by now but I don't really hold enough money at the moment, if the swelling doesn't go down by tomorrow I'm going to try and find a free clinic to budge to because this thing is freaking me out.
If anyone has any model what it could be or has experienced this I would appreciate it if you gave me some impression or something. Thanks ahead of time.
Answer: I would definitely go to the doctor. You could own an abscess in your ear, or even in one of your teeth. It is nil to fool with. It could be a swollen lymph node, but the best thing is to dance to the doctor and get to the bottom of it. If it is an abscess, it will need to be taken exactness of. My granddaughter had one that started out like that, and it nearly closed her throat up and she have to go to have emergency surgery to permit the infection out, then she was fine. its probably a sebaceous cyst. Not a big deal. Apply boil on it using a washcloth and it should go away in just about a week. It may be a cyst. My dad had one and the doctor had to drain it (eew).
