I have a large shoulder bag like thing on my lower stomach. I notice it a few weeks ago. It is very painful. It feel like it could be full of puss. Earlier it started bleeding and it hasn't stopped. Anyone have any design?

The fact that this is painful is a righteous indication that it is not cancerous. This does not mean that you should skip seeing your physician. If you see any signs of puss, then it is related to some sort of infection. With out seeing this, it is frozen to say what it could be. Best to have a physician look at it.

I woke up this morning and suddenly my big toe is VERY swollen and sore!! wtf?!?

See a doctor today, or go to the ER.

I would probably suggest ER, because its more reliable and quicker if you need surgery, which you could if it requirements to be removed.
